Conjunct Consulting is Southeast Asia’s first social change consultancy. We work with Social Good Organisations to help them to do good, better. SMU Conjunct Consulting is one of the University chapters who engage with real-life clients in 6 key types of consulting projects: strategic planning, impact assessment, human capital development, operations management, financial sustainability and branding and marketing.

Become equipped to join a community of social change leaders as you work alongside members with different strengths, furthering your self-development along the way.

 

Join us as the SMU Chapter recruits new applicants at the start of every SMU academic term. As an applicant, you will undergo 8 weeks of 2-hour training sessions that cover issue analyses, hypothesis-testing, data gathering, solution formulation and presentation skills. Upon completion of your training, we will recruit associate consultants from the batch of graduated applicants.

 

As an associate consultant, you will be working with your Project Leader, 2 external professionals as your Project Advisors and 4 of your fellow ACs. Each week, you will be assigned a workstream which will vary according to the needs of the project (eg. desk research and analysis, primary research, slide deck making, framework creation etc). Weekly meetings will be conducted at a common time slot (Thursdays 1930-2200) for team discussion and knowledge sharing.
