SMU Women’s Connection strives to bring like-minded, aspiring people together for networking and enriching social interactions, to positively impact the community and spread awareness regarding women empowerment. SWC holds monthly gatherings and hosts multiple events each semester, with past events revolving around themes of women in career and sexual harassment. These events include networking sessions, talks and dialogues centered around gender issues and equality. Our upcoming event theme will be wellness. Our signature event is the annual International Women’s Day series held in March to unite the community in commemorating this occasion.
