We are SMU Ember (previously known as SMU Habitat for Humanity) a community service club here in SMU that aspires to rekindle the passion in both volunteers and beneficiaries alike. We strongly believe in growing together to become charitable people who will make a meaningful and sustained impact on society.

 

Our twice a month projects help to develop all our members, and yes, that includes you, into passionate volunteers who serve with a heart through purposeful work and connection with those in need. Project Genworks seeks to provide seniors with a decent home to live in. Volunteers will be equipped with knowledge of cleaning, befriending, and learning from our precious pioneers throughout their participation. Project Support Our Pioneers is aimed at reconnecting isolated seniors with their community through befriending and interactions.
