MMA's weekly sessions
 

MMA is a combination of the various martial arts forms available, presenting an effective way to learn self-defence while also keeping fit. Here in SMU, the focus is mainly Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.


Join the MMA community and forge strong bonds with your peers through fun and

challenging training sessions. Both inexperienced and experienced practitioners are

welcome as we train progressively as a team under the guidance of our coaches and

captains. With training sessions twice a week, SMU MMA offers a way to let out some

steam and improve on your skills throughout the school semester.
